Way wins are awarded for adjacent symbol combinations, according to the information in the paytable and game rules. When winning on multiple ways in a single game round, all winnings are added together. All winnings from Features (such as Free Spins), Bonus Games and/or Scatters (if applicable) are also added to way wins. All winning combinations are paid out at the end of a game round. Free Spin features are played with the same bet as the game round that triggered the feature – unless otherwise stated. The bet cannot be changed during a currently running game round. Bets are selected using the bet buttons. Click the plus (+) and minus (-) buttons to change the bet one step at a time. There are 720 fixed pay ways. Way wins are awarded for adjacent symbol combinations from left-to-right and right-to-left (both ways). To start the round, click the SPIN button. When the reels stop, the symbols displayed determine your prize as per the paytable.
Mermaid’s Diamond includes a wild symbol (the mermaid), a scatter symbol (the treasure chest), a variety of shiny precious gems as the high-paying symbols, and an assortment of underwater creatures and objects as the low-paying symbols. The wild symbol substitutes for any other reel symbol, except the scatter symbol to help create winning combinations.
The Trident Wilds feature is triggered randomly on any spin in the base game. When triggered, wild symbol(s) are added to between one and two reels while the reels are still spinning. This feature does not guarantee any winning combination.
The Divine Intervention feature has a chance to be triggered on non-winning spins that show four scatter symbols anywhere on the reels. If triggered, the fifth (and final) scatter symbol required to activate the free spin feature will appear on the respective reel. This feature is only active in the base game.
The free spin feature is triggered when five scatter symbols have landed on the reels (one on each reel) – either naturally or via the Divine Intervention feature. Select one of the five treasure chests on-screen to reveal how many free spins you have won! Win 10, 15, or 25 initial free spins.
Keep an eye out for the sparkling diamond symbol in free spins! Collecting five diamonds will trigger the Trident Wilds feature. When the required number of diamonds has been reached, wild symbols will be added to the reels to help create winning combinations. The effect plays at the end of the spin. Results will be calculated and paid accordingly. Collection of the diamonds carries over multiple game rounds during free spins. The collection meter resets at the end of the feature.
The free spin feature can be extended when the scatter symbol lands on the reels. Landing 3, 4, or 5 scatter symbols on the reels will award an additional 3, 4, or 5 free spins respectively. The number of re-triggers is unlimited. The feature will end if the maximum potential win is reached.
